Black day demonstration by Congress against the foundation stone day of Ramjanma Bhumi - Amit Shah
Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that the Congress party, which has chosen to protest by wearing black clothes on the day of the foundation stone laying ceremony of Sri Ramjanmabhoomi, has given a message to continue its policy of appeasement.
Speaking to the media, Amit Shah said, "I feel that as a responsible party, they should have cooperated with the legal proceedings. They are being investigated based on the FIR registered in the court. They protest every day, but today, especially, wearing black clothes is a part of the appeasement politics. It is my clear belief."
"Congress is continuing its policy of appeasement in secret. Today ED(Enforcement Directorate) did not conduct any inquiry or investigation or summons or raid. Yet today Congress protested. Till now in opposition protest they were in their uniforms, but today they are wearing black clothes," he stressed.
Congress chose this day for protest and wore black clothes because they want to give a subtle message to further promote their appeasement politics because on this day itself PM Modi laid the foundation of Ram Janambhoomi," Amit Shah said.
"I remember, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone of Ram Janmabhoomi on this day. The problem of last 550 years was resolved peacefully. Congress party has chosen this day to protest, especially wearing black clothes to show opposition because they want to convey a subtle message. That is, they oppose the foundation stone laying of Ramjanma Bhumi and want to continue their policy of appeasement. I want to say that the policy of appeasement is not good for the country and neither good for the Congress party, because of that policy of the case, the Congress has come to this situation", he said.
